Batting Cage Scheduling Guidelines
✅ Scheduling Rules

Each team may reserve 1 slot per week

Reservations are limited to one cage only (not both cages)

Please include your team name and coach name when reserving a slot

⏳ 48-Hour Open Access

If a time slot remains unclaimed within 48 hours of the scheduled time, it becomes open to all teams

At that point, teams may reserve additional time regardless of prior usage

🔁 Changes & Courtesy

If you are unable to use a reserved slot, please remove your team as soon as possible

Please do not overwrite or take another team’s reserved time

This system is designed to give all teams a fair opportunity to use the cages. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in making this work smoothly.
